Unwind in the twin gems of West Bengal's hill country. This scenic tour blends the charm of colonial-era Darjeeling with the peaceful serenity of Kalimpong. Ride the iconic Toy Train, stroll through tea gardens, and explore vibrant monasteries — all while soaking in sweeping Himalayan views.
Itinerary
On arrival at NJP/Bagdogra Airport/Railway Station our vehicle picks up you & transfers to “Darjeeling”. En-route you can enjoy the view of tea gardens and the Teesta River valley. Later proceed to Darjeeling & check into the hotel. Afterwards, step out and explore the Darjeeling Japanese Temple & Peace Pagoda. In the evening you can visit the Darjeeling Mall Road (Chowrasta) & explore the local Tibetan Market (if time permit).

Early morning (4:00 AM) you can visit, Tiger Hill for the famous sunrise over Mt. Kanchenjunga, Batasia Loop and Ghoom Monastery and return back to the hotel & having a lovely breakfast & visit, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park (is Closed on every Thursday & 19th of Every Month), Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Darjeeling Ropeway (Cable Car), Tenzing Rock & Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Center.
Optional: Ride the Darjeeling Toy Train (UNESCO site).

Post breakfast in the morning, check out of the hotel and leave by road for an enchanting trip to Kalimpong. En-route you can enjoy the view of tea gardens. Later proceed to Kalimpong & check into the hotel. Afterwards, step out and explore the Kalimpong, Durpin Dara Hill (panoramic views of Teesta River valley), Zang Dhok Palri Phodang Monastery (Durpin Monastery), Kalimpong Arts & Craft Center.
In the evening you can visit the local markets for handicrafts and local delicacies (if time permit).

After having a lovely breakfast you can visit, Deolo Hill (highest point of Kalimpong with paragliding options), Dr. Graham’s Homes School, Cactus Nursery, Mangal Dham Temple, Tharpa Choling Monastery.
