Applicable for A2Z Trip customers

1.     Applicable Rates

The rates mentioned are valid for Indian nationals only unless specifically mentioned in the quotation.

 

2.     Quotation & Booking Process

All quotations are tentative and subject to availability. No reservations—whether for transport, flights, or hotels—are held at the time of quotation. Once the quotation is accepted and advance payment is received (via cheque or cash), the booking process begins. If we are unable to confirm any services, the advance will be refunded in full. For group packages including airfare, tickets may be issued 1–2 days prior to departure.

 

3.     Visa Assistance (For International Travel)

A 2 Z Trip can assist in the visa application process; however, we do not guarantee approval. In case of visa rejection, our standard cancellation policy will apply.

 

4.     Currency Fluctuation

For international packages, prices may vary depending on the Rate of Exchange (ROE) and market fluctuations. Final costs are subject to availability and exchange rates at the time of booking.

 

5.     Budget Packages Disclaimer

Budget packages are designed for travelers with a limited budget and are not recommended for families. A 2 Z Trip will not be responsible for quality issues in hotel or transport services in such packages.

 

6.     Role as a Travel Agent

A 2 Z Trip acts solely as an agent and holds no direct liability for any service or product provided by third-party vendors (e.g., airlines, hotels, transporters). We are not responsible for illness, injury, loss, delays, or any inconvenience caused by such parties unless due to our negligence.

 

7.     Payment Terms

All services are subject to full payment before departure. If the payment is made by cheque, confirmation will be provided only after realization.

 

8.     Company Rights

A 2 Z Trip reserves the right to:

(a) Cancel any tour/package prior to departure and refund the full amount paid.

(b) Modify, substitute, or withdraw advertised tours, services, or hotels without prior notice. We are not liable for any losses arising from such changes.


9.     Authority Limitation

Only official written communication from A 2 Z Trip holds authority to change or waive any of the terms, descriptions, or services.


10.  Third-Party Products and Services

A 2 Z Trip sells travel services on behalf of suppliers (e.g., airlines, cruise operators, car rentals, accommodations) and does not offer a warranty or assurance for these services. Any disputes must be addressed with the respective service provider.


11.  Foreign Currency Pricing

Tour prices (if quoted in USD or foreign currency) are subject to change due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates or fuel surcharges. All increases must be paid by the customer before departure.


12.  Travel Documents Responsibility

It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they possess valid passports and visas for the entire duration of the trip. A 2 Z Trip shall not be liable for any issues arising from document rejection, expiry, or cancellation.


13.  Travel Insurance

The cost of travel packages does not include insurance premiums. Travelers must purchase insurance separately if required.


14.  Complaints & Claims

Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 21 days of tour completion. Only group leaders may submit group complaints. Complaints after this period will not be entertained.


15.  Baggage Allowance

Standard airline allowance is one check-in bag (up to 20 kg) and one cabin bag (up to 5 kg). Limits may vary by airline or transport provider. A 2 Z Trip is not responsible for loss, damage, or delayed baggage.


16.  Transfers & Transport

  • o  Package Transport: Seat-in-Coach (SIC) basis—shared with other travelers.
  • o  Sightseeing Tours: May be conducted via SIC or private vehicle depending on the package booked.
  • o  Airport Transfers: Provided on SIC or private basis as per the package/option selected.


17. Important Pricing Information

  • o  Prices mentioned in our ads or campaigns are per person.
  • o  Rates are applicable for a minimum of 4 people traveling together, sharing one vehicle and one room.
  • o  Prices may vary during peak season, peak dates, or long weekends.

A2Z Trip shall not be held responsible for any claims or disputes arising from your failure to review and understand these terms.
