A 2 Z TRIP - MASTER USER AGREEMENT

1.     Acceptance of Terms This Master User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User") and A 2 Z Trip, a travel company registered under Indian laws, with its principal office in India. By accessing and using our services through our website, mobile platform, call center, or physical outlets, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Agreement.

2.     Modification of Terms A 2 Z Trip reserves the right to modify, revise, or update this Agreement and its Terms of Service (TOS) at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the User to periodically review these terms.

3.     Privacy Policy By using A 2 Z Trip services, the User confirms having read, understood, and accepted the Privacy Policy of the company. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the same.

4.     Limited User License The User agrees not to reproduce, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the services for commercial purposes. Use of content from our platform is limited to personal and non-commercial purposes only, and attribution to A 2 Z Trip is required when permitted.

11.  User Account & Responsibilities Users agree to provide accurate registration data and maintain confidentiality of login credentials. A 2 Z Trip will not be liable for any misuse of account credentials or unauthorized transactions.

12.  Breach of Agreement Violation of any terms may lead to suspension, termination, or legal action. A 2 Z Trip reserves the right to take necessary measures including legal remedies in such cases.

13.  Intellectual Property Rights All content provided by A 2 Z Trip is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

14.  Relationship Clause Nothing in this Agreement constitutes a partnership or agency relationship between the User and A 2 Z Trip.

15.  Headings Headings in this Agreement are for reference purposes only and do not limit the scope of any section.

16.  Gender & Number Interpretation Words importing singular include the plural and vice versa. References to gender include all genders.

17.  Indemnification Users agree to indemnify and hold A 2 Z Trip harmless from any losses, damages, claims, or liabilities arising from the breach of this Agreement.

18.  Severability If any provision is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

19.  Termination of Agreement Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Upon termination, the User must discontinue use of all services and platforms.

20.  Notices Any official communication should be sent to: info@a2ztrip.com or via post to our official office address mentioned on our website.

Notice shall be deemed to have been served 48 hours after it has been sent, dispatched, displayed, as the case may be, unless, where notice has been sent by email, it comes to the knowledge of the sending party, that the email address is invalid.

21.  Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of [Delhi or Kolkata].
