Cancellation & Refunds

A2Z Trip – Cancellation & Refund Policy

At A2Z Trip, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair for our valued customers.


Cancellation Charges (On-Ground Package Cost):

  • Cancellation more than 30 days before the travel date – 20% deduction
  • Cancellation 30 to 21 days before the travel date – 40% deduction
  • Cancellation 20 to 15 days before the travel date – 60% deduction
  • Cancellation 14 to 10 days before the travel date – 80% deduction
  • Cancellation within 10 days of the travel date – 100% deduction (No refund)


Other Cancellations:

  • Flight cancellations will follow the airline’s policy, along with applicable service charges and taxes.
  • Cruise cancellations will follow the cruise line’s policy, along with applicable service charges and taxes.
  • Visa fees are completely non-refundable once the visa process has been initiated.
  • Hotel bookings that are marked as non-refundable will not be eligible for any refund.


Once the hotel details have been confirmed and shared by A2Z Trip with the guest, any cancellation request initiated by the client will attract 100% cancellation charges. In such circumstances, no refund shall be processed under any condition, as the booking is considered fully confirmed and non-refundable.


Furthermore, if any payment or balance amount remains pending from the guest’s side, it must be cleared immediately, even in case of cancellation after confirmation.


Refund Process:

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 4 to 5 working days after the official confirmation of cancellation.

All refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used at the time of booking.
